Woman Suing For More Time On Test

A St. Louis woman is suing the national organization that handles the law school admission test or “LSAT” for an extra 54-minutes. The “Post Dispatch” reports 61-year-old recent graduate of University of Missouri-St. Louis Joan Hoyt who has learning and attention disabilities wants to change the rules.  In the lawsuit filed Wednesday, Hoyt requests twice the allotted testing time, the use of a “white noise” machine, a computer to use for the essay portion and to be able to bring in snacks during testing.
