Reward For Missing Tortoise

A Town and Country woman is offering a substantial reward for her substantial tortoise who is missing.  KMOV reports, a 125-pound African tortoise named Leo was last seen in June when he ran away while being temporarily boarded at a vet’s house in Glencoe.  Leo’s owner is offering a 25-hundred-dollar reward to the person who locates the nine-year-old tortoise, she’s afraid he won’t survive the winter since he doesn’t know how to hibernate.  Leo’s shell is measured at 36 inches and it requires at least two people to carry him, he responds to his name and will eat directly out of your hand.  Anyone with information on Leo’s whereabouts is asked to call Victoria Haegela at (314) 565-9103.
