Deputy Demoted For Pointing Weapon At Co-Worker

A deputy with the St. Louis Sheriff’s Department is facing charges for pointing a weapon at a co-worker.  According to reports, Terrell James Perry pointed a gun at the back of a co-workers head, making a joke about a closed casket funeral.  The deputy was placed on a week’s suspension and was demoted to an unarmed position within the department for the next two years.
